Cancellation Policy:
Cancel at least one week prior to arrival to avoid charges.

No Show Policy:
No shows have a one night charge.

Extra person Policy:
We don't provide extra beds.

Kids Policy:
Up to 2 children less than 10 years old free of charge in same room with parents. 3 children will count as one adult.

Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
